About Hendersonville Showroom

Packard Cabinetry, located in historic downtown Hendersonville, opened in September 2010. The showroom offers multiple displays that exhibit custom-designed cabinets, built-ins, countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, and a variety of products and surfaces. Kevin J. Smith has teamed with Rae and John Packard of Sea Cliff, NY, to offer Western North Carolina and the upstate of South Carolina the three essential elements needed for every successful cabinet job--excellent design, quality cabinets, and expert installation.

Kevin Smith has over 20 years of experience installing cabinets, from the most basic to the very high-end designs. He has worked in local areas, such as The Cliffs, the Reserve at Keowee, and The Ramble. Kevin has hired a staff of designers who have the expertise to design a space that functions well in addition to looking beautiful.

Packard Cabinetry designers can achieve a variety of architectural and structural preferences at varying price points in order to meet the wants and needs of homeowners, builders, and architects. Our clients have many custom made lines to choose from.

• We've become a premier cabinet dealer with featured cabinetmakers like Draper DBS, Dutch Mills, Bremtown, Superior, Collier, HoneyBrook, Cabico, and 6 Square.
• Our North Carolina workshop allows us to bring our custom, locally handcrafted, private labeled cabinetry to our clients who prefer "green" products. Our own products are produced by local craftsmen, using local raw materials.

Since 1972, John and Rae Packard have operated Packard Cabinetry of Sea Cliff, NY. Clients are drawn from the Metro New York City area and throughout Long Island to find expert cabinet design. Kevin worked with them for 15 years before moving to the Carolinas. Now the Packards, Kevin, and the staff of designers have joined together to bring this same service to the Carolinas.
